Supersack of Coal Catalyst CC-88

CC-88 Test Results

Indonesia Coal Combustion Catalyst Test Results October 2012, University of Hanoi, Vietnam

Hanoi University of Science and Technology conducted a trial of CC-88 in October of 2012. The trial was run by the Director of the School of Chemical Engineering at Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST).

The time duration of the trial was 14 days @ 20 hours per day divided into 2 trial periods. A test boiler was used for the trial that had an average capacity to burn 60 kg coal per hour.

The result measured were as follows:

The production of clinker using CC-88 showed a tremendous improvement. The clinker became soft and friable. There was a significant improvement to Combustion Efficiency.

HUST made the following conclusion: CC-88 promotes improved oxidization of the coal to help gasification of the carbon and actively reduce the unburned carbon present in the ash.

Location: VTEC Laboratories http://www.vteclabs.com
Event: ACCC performed Cone Calorimeter laboratory tests (ASTM E1354) on a sample of Chinese Shaanxi sub-bituminous coal.

Cone Calorimeter Summary

1) CC-88 treated Coal LOST WEIGHT approximately 50% FASTER than the untreated coal.

2) CC-88 treated coal IGNITES approximately 50% FASTER than the untreated coal.

3) CC-88 treated coal reaches its MAXIMUM HEAT RELEASE approximately 50% FASTER than the untreated coal.

4) CC-88 treated coal has a 15% LOWER HEAT of COMBUSTION than the untreated coal.

5) CC-88 treated coal produces 20% LESS SMOKE than the untreated coal.

SUMMARY: The CC-88 treated coal ignites faster, burns more efficiently at a lower temperature and with less smoke than the untreated coal.
